PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for simultaneous parallel processing of a received signal at the time of reception processing and to reduce time for acquisition of a perch channel type control channel. SOLUTION: When sending control information, a control section 107 generates attribute information of a radio channel, a channel information signal processing section 101 generates a channel information signal from the control information, a coding 209 generates a radio channel signal from the channel information signal and the control signal and sends the radio channel signal to a mobile station 3. A decoding processing section 211 extracts and outputs the channel information signal and the control signal from the radio channel signal from a base station 2, a channel information signal processing section 305 extracts the attribute information from the channel information signal, a control section 306 controls setting of a radio frequency or the like based on the attribute information and a control voice signal processing section 309 extracts control information from the control signal when acquiring the control channel.
