PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable fine room temperature control simply by adding an external controller without providing a modification or a construction for an air conditioner of insufficient temperature control function. SOLUTION: On an indoor temperature sensor 7 provided in an indoor unit 3 of an air conditioner is installed a heating and cooling body 8 for controlling heating and cooling by an external controller 9, or a suction temperature sensor 11 or a discharge temperature sensor 10 is provided in inlet and outlet openings of air so as to know actual room temperature or an indoor mode for further fine control of room temperature. |
