PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate the deformation of a lens shape owing to the polymerizing contraction of active energy line hardening composition and to obtain a lens sheet provided with a superior optical characteristic without the occurrence of optical defect such as a dot-shaped pattern by forming a mitigating layer having specified thickness on a transparent base material with respect to the lens sheet where multiple lens units are formed on one surface of the transparent base material. SOLUTION: A lens part 2 formed on one surface of the transparent base material 3 is formed of an active energy line hardening resin and the mitigating layer 1 is formed between the material 3 and the part 2. The layer 1 is arranged between the material 3 and the valley parts 4 of the lens units and integrally formed with the part 2 by the hardening resin being the same as that of the part 2 normally. The layer 1 is formed within the range of 1-1,000μm in thickness so that the occurrence of the dot-shaped pattern owing to the polymerizing contraction at the time of hardening the active energy line hardening composition is restricted. The thickness of the layer 1 is favorably within the range of 1-500μm and the thinner one is preferable at the time of forming the fine lens units.
