POLE REPLACING METHOD AND ASSISTING TOOL FOR POLE REPLACEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assisting tool for replacement of pole assuring replacement of old pole to a new pole without raising the old pole. SOLUTION: A supporting tool for replacement is formed of a support tool 14 and a strut tool 16. The support tool 14 is provided with a holding means which is provided at its external surface a leg end connecting means having a first support leg to be connected with this leg end connecting means. Meanwhile, the strut tool 16 is provided with a second support leg and a load receiving means. When the assisting tool for replacement is structured as explained above, a wood pole 12 cut at the grounding area is moved to expose the stump area 60 and it is then removed from the ground and a new pole 66 is then inserted to the hole. The wood pole 12 can be replaced with a new pole 66 without raising the wood pole by transferring the cable to the new pole 66 from the wood pole 12.
