PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform information management based not on the information of another person but the information of an actual user when using another person's computer by virtually registering another normal user information that is designated and making a computer recognize the virtual information. SOLUTION: When a normal user 1B uses another client machine 1A, user information 1B of the user 1B is virtually registered on the machine 1A, and a processing which makes an information managing means 100 recognize the virtual user information 1B is performed. The processing is accomplished by executing a preprocessing means 200A. The means 200A is transferred to program operation resource 50 from a floppy disk 36 through an OS by inserting a floppy disk 36 into an FDD and performing double-clicking of an icon showing the FDD through the screen of a display and after that, it is started.
