A method for preparing a spring roll involves the steps of: (a) putting an ingredient material (11) on a dough sheet (10) of the spring roll and tightly winding the ingredient material (11) with the dough sheet (10) to obtain a tightly wound spring roll; (b) loosely winding a portion of the dough sheet of the spring roll to thereby obtain a spring roll having a loosely wound portion (A1, A2, A7, A8, A11, A12, A13, A14); and (c) frying the spring roll so that oil passes through gap formed by the loosely wound portion (A1, A2, A7, A8, A11, A12, A13, A14) of the dough sheet, to thereby fry a dough sheet portion facing the gap with oil passed through the gap. <IMAGE> <IMAGE> |
