PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a single-phase parallel inverter circuit which is able to simultaneously satisfy low loss, downsizing, and accelerated speed. SOLUTION: This device uses a field emission type cold cathode element part 1, constituted of two field emission type cold cathode elements 7 as a generating means for alternating current running through a primary coil 2. An anode electrode 10 of one of the field emission type cold cathode elements 7 is connected to one end of the primary coil 2, and the anode electrode 10 of the other is connected to the other end of the primary coil 2. Gate electrodes 9 of the two field emission type cold cathode elements 7 are connected to an AC gate voltage source 6. |
