摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rid prismatic chip components of their being inclined and rotated during transfer and to improve their transfer, by rotatably arranging a disc so as to be adjacent to a passage through which the chip components are transferred while lined up, and by using the circumferential edge of the disc as a part of the inner wall of the passage. SOLUTION: Many prismatic chip components P are stored in a hopper, and supplied to a component guide 5 via a fixed pipe 3 which is provided on the bottom of the hopper and whose inner shape is rectangular. The guide 5 has a curved passage 5a and a horizontal passage 5b, the passage 5a communicating with the lower end of the pipe 3, and is attached to the upper surface of a belt guide 7. The circumferential edge 6a of a rotatable disc 6 is provided on the inner wall of the passage 5a so as to extend over the range of 90 deg.. Although a component P that has entered into the passage 5a from the pipe 3 moves along the passage 5a by its own weight in accordance with the curvature, when the passage 5a is blocked due to the component P having been inclined therein during movement, the disc 6 is rotated forward and backward, thereby rectifying the posture of the component P to rid the component P of its being caught, and hence allowing the component P to be transferred satisfactorily.
