PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to easily confirm the start position of a transport order by displaying at least one of the start position of the transport order and a vehicle of which movement information is stored together with a map display. SOLUTION: Map display means 33, 34 display at least one of the start position of a transport order and a vehicle existing in the outside of a map display out of plural areas spread from the center of the map display to the outside of the map display area in an out-of-map display area corresponding to the area. A management station transmitting means 37 transmits the transport order to the vehicle allocated to the order. Consequently an operator can recognize at a glance whether the start position of the transport order or the vehicle exists on the outside of the map display or not, and when the start position or the vehicle exists, which direction from the map display the start position or the vehicle exists. Consequently scrolling for checking existence is made unnecessary and operator's load can be sharply reduced.
