PURPOSE:To perform constantly smooth starting in spite of a clutch disc being worn by widely reflecting the will of a driver. CONSTITUTION:A clutch stroke is advanced to the connection side by a specified amount (a) and waiting is made at a t3 point. When an accelerator is pedaled, shifting to an engine rotation indication mode is effected from a point of time when an actual accelerator opening exceeds 10%. At the mode, the number of revolutions of an engine is controlled to a constant value by the target number of revolutions responding to the actual accelerator opening. Further, a clutch stroke is gradually moved to a target half clutch position Lm. After a car body is started to move, acceleration of the car body is determined and a difference between the car speed acceleration and target acceleration responding to the actual accelerator opening is calculated. The target half clutch position Lm is corrected so that the difference is reduced to zero. |
