PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an air conditioning block transmission converter to communicate with various type building managing divisions in an air conditioning managing system accompanied with the building managing division. SOLUTION: An air conditioning block transmission converter 3 adds functions of selecting a communication control program used to allow the converter 3 to communicate with a building managing division 2 and transmitting it to the converter 3 by operating in an air conditioning system managing division 1. The converter 3 selects various types of communication control programs used to communicate with the division 2 by using an operating unit of the existing air conditioning system managing division 1, nonvolatile memories 1c, 3b and a communication route for connecting the division 1 to the converter 3. |
