<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structural stiffness and strength even when a chemically active material exists by using a thermoplastic material where polyaryl ether ketone is used as a base when creating logging equipment for high-pressure and high-temperature down hole logging. SOLUTION: Polyaryl ether ketone resin where a framework is glass fiber is formed at the housing of logging equipment. The housing is created by filament winding or compression forming. When the logging equipment is used, the housing includes the operation parts of the logging equipment such as a sensor and a signal source, and protects the operation parts from bore hole liquid. In this case, preferable resin is the polyaryl ether ketone resin with the combined glass fiber, thus obtaining required strength and electric and magnetic characteristics without losing resistance to pressure, temperature, and corrosive liquid seen in a deep mining well.</p> |
