The bollard has a shaft (2) buried in the ground and a bollard (1) slidably mounted in the shaft. The bollard has a metal casing with a vertical cylindrical lower section and a frusto-conical upper section. Two lugs (8) engage in a groove (9) on the inner face of the shaft (2) receiving the bollard. The groove can be in two sections to raise and rotate the bollard.
