PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intra-building charge billing system for correcting the unfairness of proportional charge for the common use amounts of respective residents and enlarging the choices of a proportional value setting method. SOLUTION: This intra-building charge billing system is connected through a communication channel 2 to use amount integration parts 1A-1N for integrating the using amounts of electricity, city water and gas inside a building for the respective residents and a control part 4 performs data processings for storing the use amounts outputted from the using amount integration parts 1A-1N in a storage part 5 through the communication channel 2 corresponding to data request input signals of an input part 6 and printing and outputting the use amounts for the respective residents in a printing part 7. In this case, a proportional processing method in the operation data input in a terminal equipment 3 can be set by a value fluctuating every month as well.
