PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and accurately perform measurement. SOLUTION: A transmission circuit 22 transmits a transmission request for a prescribed access probe to a mobile terminal 1 that is an object to be measured, a receiving circuit 25 receives an access probe transmitted by the terminal 1 and an A/D converter 26 converts this receiving signal into a digital signal and stores it in a memory 27. An analyzing part 30 detects the access probe transmission interval of the terminal 1, the power of each access probe, the number of access probes, based on waveform data of the access probes stored in the memory 27 and outputs the detection results to a deciding means 37. The means 37 compares the access probe requested to the terminal 1 with the analytical result of the part 30 and displays the comparison results. |
