PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device which can quickly let the users making contacts with a provider obtain widely the latest information obtained by the provider and also the change information on the service contents such as the telephone number change/addition of access points. SOLUTION: This information display device accesses the URL of a computer network to fetch the data from the URL and converts the data into video signals to display them on a screen. The display device includes a receiving means (S6) which receives the signal showing that the contents of the information to be provided are changed and a display means (S10) which shows that the contents of the information to be provided are changed when the means (S6) received the signal.
