<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply obtain a resistance function by forming a resistance composed of a conductive layer containing conductive particles and a hardening type resin. SOLUTION: Conductive particles and a hardening type resin are mixed, a diluent is added as needed and a resistance paste is manufactured by kneading them. The resistance paste obtained in this way is formed in a prescribed shape such as the terminal electrode parts, etc., of a circuit board and a chip component and is hardened by a hardening method that matches with the resin type. As the hardening type resin, thermosetting resin is used. When the electronic component is a stacked type chip component, the resistance paste is applied on the exposed edge plane of the inner electrode of the chip component, and the paste is hardened to provide a CR composite electronic component having a resistance function. In the case of providing the terminal electrode of the electronic component with the resistance, the terminal electrode is composed of a double-layer structure so as to have sure conduction with the inner electrode.</p> |
