PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam irradiator that can evenly irradiate a target with an electron beam. SOLUTION: Near an irradiation target 2, a coil 212 is wound around a magnetic substance 211 and an electromagnetic device 21 formed by connecting a coil power source 213 to the coil 212 is placed to deflect the irradiating direction of an electron beam 4 to the target 2. Such a placement of the electromagnetic device 21 makes it possible to irradiate the target with the electron beam 4 evenly, so that effective sterilization and disinfection can be conducted. |
