PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an HFC system redundant without increasing the level of a node-wise signal and to prevent signal distortion from being caused. SOLUTION: An HFC system is provided with an amplifier 2 that amplifies a CATV signal received at an input terminal 1, a node use-external terminal 3 that receives a node-wise signal, a mixer that mixes the node-wise signal received by the node use-external terminal 3 with an output of the amplifier 2, a distributor 5 that distributes an output of the mixer 4 to two parts or over, and two output terminals 7 or over through which the distribution outputs of the distributor 5 are outputted respectively to two electrooptic converters 6 or over. |
