PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interface device of a liquid-crystal display panel of which cost reduction is achieved by optimizing a memory capacity. SOLUTION: A 1st memory part 120 arranged for a R-signal transformation & output part is composed of four frame memories FM1, FM2, FM3, FM4, and four line memories LM1a, LM1b, LM2a, LM2b. A 1st multiplexer part 160 is composed of four multiplexers M1, M2, M3, M4. The line data on the upside screen is inputted to the 1st line of the frame memory FM1 at every four pixels from a 1st pixel (Pixel data [1], [5], [9], ... are sequentially written). The line data on the lower screen is inputted to the second line of frame memory FM1 at every four pixels (Pixel data [A], [E], [I],... are sequentially written).
