The invention concerns a method for producing a composite panel (100) with sandwich structure provided with a hinge (106) comprising a stack of at least a first reinforced thermoplastic skin (101), a thermoplastic hollow core (102), and a second thermoplastic skin (103). Said method consists in forming said panel by pressing said stack at a pressure ranging between 10.10<5> and 30.10<5>, the first and second skins having been previously heated to softening temperature. The invention is characterised in that after the panel has been formed, at a predetermined spot thereof, an incision is made so as to cut one of the first and second skins and the hollow core substantially over its whole thickness leaving the other skin intact so that it forms at said spot the hinge between two parts (107, 108) of said incised panel. |
