<p>PURPOSE: To prevent a recording material from flowing out of a recording part thereby securing good recording at all times, by providing the uppermost surface layer where an opening exposing the recording part is formed, making the opening larger than an area of the recording part, and setting a flow prevention means like a loop at an area of the enlarged opening to surround the recording part. CONSTITUTION: In a noncontact type printer of a dye evaporation model, a dye-storing part 87 is formed like a recess in an insulating plate 73 of SiO2 at a dye evaporation part 77 of a printer head 70. A group of minute columnar bodies 80 is set as a part of an evaporation structural body 101 at the storing part 87. A protecting layer 91 with an evaporation hole 91a is formed at a surface opposite to a bottom plate 102. The inside of the evaporation hole 91a accordingly becomes the evaporation part 77. A liquid fluororesin is injected in an annular groove 73a at an area of the insulating plate 73 exposed by the opening 91a, and then dried thereby to provide a liquid stop part 97 to surround the evaporation structural body 101. In this manner, a liquid dye 22 is prevented from flowing out of the dye-storing part 87.</p> |
