PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively make a program by connecting an electric current source to an inverse directional bias diode, and adjusting so as to supply an adjustable inverse directional leakage current to the diode. SOLUTION: A solid temperature sensor 10 has an inverse directional bias shot key diode D1 (12) connected to an adjustable constant current source. The adjustable constant currant source contains bipolar junction transistors Q1 to Q3 (20, 22, 14), a bais resistance R1 (18) and an adjustable resistance RL (16). This constant current source can easily adjust an inverse directional leakage current IR extracted through the diode D1 (12). The resistance R1 (18) and the transistors Q1 , Q2 (20, 22) generate a voltage level being a two-VBE voltage drop quantity higher than a grounding point by a contact point Vb. A value divided by a value of the resistance R (16) by subtracting the VBE voltage drop quantity of the transistor Q3 from the contact point Vb, becomes an electric current IR trying to be extracted through the diode D1 (12) by the constant current source.
|
