PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a power source synchronizing time piece stably function and be cheap. SOLUTION: A time piece functions to measure time by clock pulses from an internal oscillation circuit is provided with a power source synchronizing circuit 13 generating power source signals synchronizing with the voltage of alternating current power line and a discrimination circuit 14 adjusting synchronization of time measurement operation to adjust the power source synchronizing signal at every unit time in the case the error between the clock pulse of the internal oscillation circuit and the power source synchronizing signal is within a specified range.
