<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the yield by preventing the occurrence of dielectric breakdown in an insulating film between two electrode wirings, which are formed on an insulating substrate in different steps of the production process, in following steps of the production process. SOLUTION: A projection part 46c is formed on the insulating film between both layers in an area, where a projection part which induces discharge of static charge can be formed, on the outside of a picture element electrode forming area or the like to form a step part in one electrode 49A out of electrodes between which the insulating film is interposed, and the electrode shape on the way of the production process is constituted into an electric field concentration type so that discharge in the vertical direction between electrodes facing each other, namely, discharge between both layers may be induced, thus constituting an electrode wiring substrate.</p> |
