PURPOSE: To provide an electronic apparatus with a vibration informing function capable of obtaining optimum vibration at any time irrespective of a portable state or a carrier by advantageous power consumption upon always reception of sensitive stimulus by the carrier. CONSTITUTION: When alarm informing conditions are net, a vibration informing controller 204 outputs a signal of vibration informing ON to an ultrasonic vibration motor controller 207. The driving and stopping timings of the vibration used for the intermittent vibration of an ultrasonic vibration motor 210 are stored in a motor drive waveform memory 208. The controller 207 intermittently drives or stops the motor 210 according to the drive pattern of the motor 210 stored in the memory 208 via an ultrasonic motor driver 209 at the timing synchronized with 8Hz formed by a frequency divider 202 when the signal of the vibration informing ON is input from the controller 204.
