PURPOSE: To improve visibility and waterproofness. CONSTITUTION: A solar battery 20 and an EL 30 are disposed on the flat upper surface of upper and lower box-form cases 40 and 50 and a storage battery 60 to store a power from the solar battery 20 and a control device to cause self-emission of an EL 30 to feed a power from the storage battery 60 when brightness of a periphery is reduced to a value lower than given brightness are contained therein. A transparent plate 10 is laminated on the solar battery 20 and the EL 30 and a gap between the periphery of the transparent plate 10 and the upper case 40 and a gap between the EL 30 and the upper surface of the upper case 40 are filled with a sealant 80. |
