Triazolopurine derivatives represented by general formula (1), wherein R1 an d R2 each is as defined in the description; and A represents a group represent ed by (a), (b), or (c) (wherein R3 is as defined in the description). These compounds have an affinity for an adenosine A3 receptor. A medicinal composition containing any of these is hence used as an adenosine A3 recepto r compatibilizing agent or an asthmatic remedy.
