<p>PURPOSE: To provide an one-boiler two-circuit type bath heater capable of discriminating it as a troubled state that a boiling prevention temperature sensor at a hot water feeding passage is not broken in its line or in its short-circuited condition and also it is troubled while indicating a non-definable temperature during a single bath additional heating operation. CONSTITUTION: This one-boiler two-circuit type bath heater is constructed so that a part of a heat exchanging pipe 21 at a hot water feeding passage 20 is provided with a boiling prevention temperature sensor 60; when a single operation of bath additional heating is performed, as a sensor 60 detects a high temperature higher than a specified temperature, the combustion is temporarily stopped only for that period; and in turn when the temperature is decreased, the combustion is started again so as to prevent the heat exchanging pipe 21 at the hot water feeding passage 20 from being boiled and at the same time, in the cases where the sensor 60 shows a line cut state and a short-circuited state, this is discriminated as a trouble. Then, there is also provided a controller 70 in which even in the case that a temperature detected by the boiling prevention temperature sensor 60 is changed only in a specified range during a single bath additional boiling operation, the sensor 60 is discriminated as a troubled state.</p> |
