<p>The invention concerns a method for regulating a furnace (1) comprising a succession of chambers Ci, cooling chambers (23), burning chambers (22), and pre-heating chambers (21), whereof the last, at the end, is provided with suction pipes Aj (210) for the combustion gases (34), and comprising, crosswise, a succession of hollow heating partitions Clij (3) and slots Alij (4) wherein are stacked the carbon blocks to be burnt (40), said hollow partitions ensuring the circulation of gas streams (33, 34). The invention is characterised in that the mass flow rate DGj of each combustion smoke flow Gj (34) is regulated by measuring said flow and the temperature Tj so as to reproduce a predetermined set value which is the product DGj.(Tj-Ta).Cg, Tj and Ta being said combustion smoke flow Gj temperature and that of ambient air, and Cg being the combustion smoke specific heat capacity.</p> |
