The arrangement has an actuator (10) via which a braking force can be transferred to at least one wheel brake. The actuator is associated with at least one piston-cylinder unit (20) which acts on the wheel brake(s) via a fluid line (27) forming a transfer medium. The actuator contains a lever arrangement via which the piston in the piston-cylinder unit can be axially displaced via a conversion device.
