<p>The invention concerns a DNA vaccine containing a naked DNA incorporating and expressing in vivo a nucleotide sequence coding for an antigenic polypeptide, preferably a pathogenic agent gene, and at least an adjuvant compound selected among the acrylic or methacrylic polymers and the maleic anhydride copolymers and alkenyl derivative.
