PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plaster excellent in percutaneous absorbability, low irrita tion to the skin, tackiness, etc. SOLUTION: This plaster comprises a support comprising a flexible water- impermeable or water semipermeable filmlike material and (A) a tacky composition containing a medicine. The tacky agent composition (A) contains (B) a polyvinyl acetate based tacky composition which is a copolymer of vinyl acetate and an alkyl (meth)acrylate and/or (meth)acrylic acid at 430 wt.% copolymerization ratio of the vinyl acetate in the copolymer and (C) a-tocopherol or its derivative and the weight ratio of the polyvinyl acetate-based tacky agent (B) in the composition (A) and the a-tocopherol or its derivative (C) satisfies the following formulas [l] and [2] : B>A×O.1... [1] and A×0.1<C<A×0.4... [2].
