Office chair with adjustable seat (1) and back part (2) and two armrests (3) is joined to a support column (4) which accommodates a gas pressurized spring. The chair is swivel mounted and rolls on castors (5). A specific electrically driven mechanism causes an oscillating motion of the seat part (1). There is also a version available with an additional rocking facility located in seat part (1).
