Sheath has outer guide-pieces for rotarily mounting the disc. Guide pieces flank the outer edge of the disc at least in parts or spots over the disc's periphery, arranged on a geometric circular track whose diameter is slightly larger than that of the disc. Turning disc (3) is rotarily mounted inside flat sheath (2) which, near at least one part of the disc, has a cutout part for gripping and manually turning the disc.
