The plate has a U-shaped hollow section whose web (1) and at each end a U-shaped closure insert (3). The web (3b) of the insert has an integral fastening means with at least one tongue (4) for fixing the plate to the support structure of the framework. The tongue is worked into the web of the insert through a U-shaped incision whose ends are directed towards the web of the plate.
