PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the crosstalk noise, without deteriorating the detection sensitivity of a gyro used to detect an angular velocity of rotation, in more details, a tuning fork vibration gyro to improve the characteristics stability at manufacturing. SOLUTION: In the tuning fork vibration gyro having a tuning fork vibrator 10 comprising two arms 12, 14 and base 16 coupling the two arms 12, 14, a holder 18 holding the base 16 has a slit into which a support plate 52 for fixing the holder in place is inserted through an elastic body 54, a first plane including the axes of the two arms 12, 14 orthogonally intersects a second plane including the support plate 52 part inserted in the slit. A support assistance material contacting both the holder 18 and the elastic body 54 is provided to obtain a stable performance. |
