PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the production and registration work of a character unique and efficient by respectively performing designated modification to all of selected characters in the process of character selection and collectively registering each modified character on respective character codes of a designated font. SOLUTION: An optional font is selected in a pull-down menu 302 and characters included in the selected font are shown together with the character codes in a list 303. Plural characters that are used as original words for character production processing are simultaneously selected by using a keyboard and a pointing device on the list 303. All of the selected characters are respectively subjected to modification designated by a pull-down menu 304 and are collectively registered on each character code that is modified by any specification of radio buttons 305 to 307. Thus, it is possible to efficiently produce characters to which the same modification is desired to be performed, such as a character encircled with a circle and to efficiently registration work. |
