<p>An inexpensive transmitter having a standard television broadcasting receiving function, using an extremely very low power radio wave, and being usable coexistently even if the future digital television broadcasting system and mobile communications equipment will use the same band. An RF converter (102) and RF tuner (118) for standard television signal are used. A frequency usable in the reception band is detected, the frequency is switched at short intervals to spread the spectrum, and communication is performed with extremely low power radio wave.</p> |
