<p>This invention relates to a biocidal, antibiotic composition substantially free of esters of benzoic acid and comprising a mixture of lactic acid and at least one other acid selected from formic acid, acetic acid and propionic acid said mixture being used as a medicament for animals. The biocidal composition can be administered as such with the animal feed or admixed with the drinking water used by the animals.</p> |
