摘要 <p>The invention relates to a method for downgrading high-melting materials, specially ash from minerals containing metal or metal oxide, characterized by the following steps: a) high-melting materials are molted down in a first high-performing melting aggregate; b) a molten bath, excepting the start-up phase, which is separated according to its specific weight is deposited in a second metallurgical tank in an intermediate product area close to the ground consisting of metal, metal mattings as well as metal stones and an area of ash swimming on top thereof; c) at least the molten liquid conglomerate is fed from the first tank to the second metallurgical tank whereby the added volume makes up 15 to 25 % of the molten bath volume deposited in the second metallurgical tank; d) the molten bath deposited in the second tank is charged with electric heat energy via electrodes whereby the electrodes are dipped in the molten bath and the spacing between the electrodes and the dipping depth of the electrodes in the molten bath is measured in such a way that 65 to 70 % of the energy charge takes place between the electrodes and the product bath, and e) subsequently partial amounts of the ashes as well as the of the intermediate product are subjected to discontinued run-offs.</p>
