<p>Energy efficiency of sporting implement serving for a controlled rebound of ball during ball games is determined in such a manner that an impact element (4) having the form of a ball is thrown with a preset energy against an effective surface of the implement (5) to be tested. Then a rebound of the impact element (4) is measured and the energy efficiency of the tested implement (5) is determined. Apparatus for making the method comprises a carrier (1) with a holder (2) mounted thereon. In the holder (2) there is mounted in adjustable and swingable manner the implement (5) to be tested. The impact element (4) with a predetermined point of impingement is mounted on an arm (6) that is adjustable in the direction of the tested implement (5) longitudinal axis, is hinged on the carrier (1) and connected with a measuring apparatus.</p> |
