The transfer system moves a product from a first container to a second container or vice versa. The first container is closed by a beta-lid and the second by an alpha-lid. Both lids provide an air-tight closure and are mechanically linked together. During the transfer, both container openings are presented and form an air-tight seal before the lids are opened and the transfer is made.
