PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dew-condensation preventing sheet having excellent evaporating property of condensed water and long service life by including a nonwoven fabric having an irregular surface. SOLUTION: The objective sheet contains a nonwoven fabric having an irregular surface structure having a height difference of >=100 μm between the protrusion and the recess. The recess preferably has an area corresponding to 3-50% of the total surface area under the assumption that the recess is two-dimensional when viewed from the direction same as the thickness direction of the irregular nonwoven fabric and the surface of the irregular nonwoven fabric is filled with the fiber. The irregular nonwoven fabric is produced e.g. by applying a fluid flow such as water flow at a broad pitch. Hydrophilic water- resistant fiber is preferable as the fiber for the fabric. |
