PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, smoothly and reliably exhaust air from the inside of a balloon without arranging an air exhaust passage inside an ultrasonic probe by arranging a passage to supply an ultrasonic wave transmitting medium in a flexible film of the balloon and an air exhaust passage opened/closed by an elastic ring. SOLUTION: A balloon device is constituted of an outside air communicating groove 66 arranged up to the end part from the fastening installing part 64 composed of a recessed groove formed on the outer peripheral surface of a balloon fastening installing member 53 constituting a balloon installing device 30. When an elastic ring 82 of a balloon is held in a position of the ring holding part 67 so as to run on a base end side position from the fastening installing part 64 on the outer peripheral surface of the balloon fastening installing member 53, it strides over the elastic ring 82, and is held in a state where the inside of the balloon 80 communicates with outside air through this outside air communicating groove 66, so that air can be exhausted. When the elastic ring 82 is transferred to the fastening installing part 64 from the ring holding part 67, the outside air communicating groove 66 is closed to cut off communication between the inside of the balloon 80 and outside air. |
