PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily cut a seat belt only by strongly pulling a lever to this side, by fixing and mounting a cutting tool comprising four parts, that is, an upper cover, a lower box, a lever with blade and a rubber packing, between a seat belt insertion hardware and a seat belt botch. SOLUTION: A seat belt 15 is set on a specific position, a seat belt cutting tool 1 is mounted between a seat belt insertion hardware 16 and a seat belt botch 17, and a lever 5 is installed upward. The seat belt 15 is inserted in a metallic pin of a groove of a seat belt width of a lower box, an upper cover hook is inserted into a lower box hook groove to integrate the upper cover and the lower box, and the lever with blade 5 is smoothly slide 4 from an upper part to a lower part, thereby the seat belt can be easily cut. |
