PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a tilt device adaptable to all operators and to improve the operability of operating equipment and the visibility of a display part, by engaging a tilt stay selectively with some of engagement teeth and holding an equipment main body at a certain angle. SOLUTION: A ground part 80 provided to the reverse surface part of the housing A1 of the electronic equipment A and a ground block 68 at the end part of the tilt leg member 13 of a tile support leg 12 are made to abut against a ground surface F, and 1st and 2nd engagement piece parts 72A and 72B of the engagement part 72 of the tilt stay are engaged with engagement piece reception parts positions above 1st and 2nd engagement tooth trains 17 and 18 so that they can be disengaged. In this state, the electronic device A holds a tilt angle of 20 deg. to the ground surface F. When the tilt angle of the electronic equipment A to the ground surface F is changed on the basis of ground parts 80 formed at right and left corners on the reverse side below the housing A1, the ground block 68 below the tip of the tilt leg member 13 approaches the ground part 80 as the tilt angle is increased.
