<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cracks or splits resulting from force or heat by connecting the wiring pattern of a fixed board and the power feeding electrode of a moving board through a connection conductor mainly composed of conductive powder and thermoplastic resin which is electrically isotropic. SOLUTION: First conductive body 3, a wiring electrode 4 connected thereto, a wiring pattern 5, and an insulation resist 6 are formed on the top face of a fixed board such as glass, film, or the like. Second conductive body 7 and a power feeding electrode 8 connected thereto are formed on the bottom face of an insulating moving board 2. Dot spacers 9 are formed on the top face of the first conductive body 3, and the fixed board 1 and the moving board 2 face each other as keeping predetermined spacing between the first and the second 3, 7 via adhesive 10. Since the resin component of a connection conductive body 12 is thermoplastic resin which is soft and rich in flexibility, mechanical distortion is absorbed by the connection body 12 even if force or heat is applied thereto at a handling time. Thereby, no occurrence of a Newton ring is allowed resulting from the dimension shrink of the fixed board and the moving board at a fusion curing time.</p> |
