PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic mold for cooling press molding which is used for press molding in which a molding material having fluidity by heating is cooled/solidified and has good mold release properties and excellent durability. SOLUTION: In a ceramic mold for cooling press molding 10 which is used in a state in which it is cooled/kept to/at a prescribed temperature by a cooling medium, at least the molding surface, namely surface members 11B-13B to be used for the surface contacting a molding material, of the mold 10 is formed from a ceramic 50 W/m K in thermal conductivity. The ceramic is silicon nitride, silicon carbide, aluminum nitride, sialon, or a composite material of these. |
