PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-layered jelly food having an extremely clear interface between a jelly layer and a sauce layer, having different kinds of textures and different kinds of flavors, and organized by freezing and thawing treatments. SOLUTION: This two-layered jelly food vertically has a jelly layer comprising a jelly compounded with at least one or more kinds of substances selected from gellant gum, κ-carrageenan and locust bean gum and a sauce layer compounded with at least one or more kinds of substances selected from locust bean gum, guar gum, tara gum, karaya gum and xanthan gum. |
